Finally
with Internet. India has blown my mind, words escape me. Saying its a
Third World Country is giving it more credit than it deserves. That
being said, here's some pics of various temples we've visited the past
few days, the art work is incredible, both in stone carvings and tile
work
Although the pic does not show it, this shimmered with the silver in the tiles, gorgeous!

Made it to New Delhi, sans luggage, ugh!! But I found something even better....my high school BFF Terry Croskery Ringold!! So excited she wanted to join me in my adventures! We're gonna have a blast! — at Nehru Place.

I
don't think I'm in Kansas anymore, lol. I had a snafu at Johannesburg
with Etihad airlines but got it straightened out here and back on track
for my flight to New Delhi, yay!!! Hopefully, my bag will flow
accordingly to Delhi 😬— at Abu Dhabi International Airport.

Tonight is my last night in Africa. It's been more than I ever expected,
I saw and did things I only dreamed of. Her beauty is raw and stunning,
her people kind and gentle. Her animals are fascinating and co-exist
with her people with very little fear. I'm so grateful to have
experienced a side of Africa we seldom hear or read about.
And
to end the African Adventure, I went to a traditional African dinner
tonight. I had crocodile and warthog grilled meat and a variety of
local fruits and veggies, couldn't tell you what they were. Some were
good, some not so good. I did draw the line here, tho...no!

Spent today in Victoria Falls. We walked along the bottom, about 3.5K, got soaked but the views were awesome!

The Gang I'm traveling with in Africa
April 6 11:41pm I have this room to myself, I feel like a Princess with my own room and bathroom! Went on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River this evening and again, saw the elephants, crocs and hippos. The best part was the sunset, breath taking!

I
have no fricking idea how or why it happened but I just flew 1st class
to Zimbabwe. The entire rest of the group rode economy in the back of
the plane. Gonna buy a lottery ticket today!
